Animate CC program not displaying properly

Hello,

Recently I've downloaded the newest version of Adobe Animate CC.

Windows and elements are not displaying properly. Minimizing the window doesn't change anything. 

At first I thought it was just a bug on my pc, but no matter who I talk to the program looks the same. It could be the fault of the polish version. I wonder if there is a way to repair it somehow?
