Animate CC Selection Drag Marquee

So I just updated my Animate CC to the 2019 ver and one thing I noticed is that when selecting objects from inside a symbol, the selection marquee now also rotates based on how the symbol was rotated. Is there any way to make it reset, or make it select without rotating?
