Animate CCの変形にある傾斜のみ使用不可にすることはできますか？

こんにちは。

Animate CCの回転ツールを使用してパーツを回転させたとき、変形ウィンドウを見ると回転ではなく傾斜で回転がかかってしまっていることがあり、後々の作業で支障が出るため、あらかじめ傾斜の数値が0°のまま変わらないようにしたいのですが可能でしょうか？
