Animate Click Tags Not being recognised by Google Ad Manager

Hi, I've recently started using Adobe Animate and when I publish my site my click tags work perfectly but any of the newspaper publishers I am sending them to tell me that they keep getting an error message from Goolge Ad Manager that it is missing Click Tags. I have not idea about HTML or Java script so I have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help me?
