Animate ClickTAGs on a CTA (not on whole stage)

Could anyone point me to an explanation on how to do clickTags with the clickable area just on a single  button/mc..

I am currently using the whole-stage as click area for the clickthrough and I can't successfuly modify the  html template to work with a smaller area mc/CTA,  or anything other than the stage...

I've  seen some  instructions around but none seemed to help me.
