Animate crashes when I tried to publish

Question

I realized an application with Animate six months ago, the application was published withput problems. Now, the customers aks me some changes in the application but I'm not able to publish anymore. Everytime I try to publish, Animate crashes. Attached report of crash. Anyone can help me?

Win:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

Mac:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)
