Animate crashing

Hi guys!
Im busy with a big project and Animate keeps crashing.I have checked my RAM and hardware specs and they all seem to be all good. Why does this keep happening?

    if you see the same problem with a new fla saved to your desktop remove your preferences by

     

    uninstalling animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

     

    restart your computer and retry

    I did that twice and it didn’t work.
    I also checked for windows updates
    It updated and it still has the same issue

    just to clarify, you created a new fla and saved it to a new desktop directory and animate crashed?
