Animate cuts the beginning of my video

Hi! thank you for taking your time to read this.

I created an animation and when I export it to video, the first two seconds of it don´t show. The video begins with what was supposed to be the 3rd second. How can I solve this? Am I doing something wrong?

I'll be very thankfull to anyone that answers, i hope you know how to solve it!
