Animate Fails to launch

I have a problem with Animate not even wanting to launch. The buffering graphic shows up then it crashes. I've tried all common and uncommon fixes suggested here and still nothing. I have Windows 11. Did anyone run into the same issue? Please help.

reset your preferences (if your computer meets specs, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html).

ie, uninstall animate, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
