Animate File Moved Or Deleted

Hey so my animate has been doing this for a while now but never a problem until now

someitmes a message will come up saying my fiel has been moved or deleted and then ill have to re save the whole file. I was fine doing this until now where i saved my file and then closed the app and it disappeared
