Animate File Won't Load (2020)

I was working on an animation before the new update, it saved just fine. But after the update (where the logo changed), I tried to open the file but it says "An error occurred opening file "Still Alive (animatic).fla" I don't know what happened, and it says the same sentence for the recovery file. Anyone know what to do?

Just use your last backup, mate. That file is gone.

You can try to recover bits with WinRar, but it rarely is successful and in most cases only partial.
