Animate - Fix video requirements

Either let us use media encoder to change mp4s to FLV files or just let us import mp4 files into the project and have them actually play in the timeline in Adobe Animate.

From what I can tell, this issue is not new and I'm not sure why it's never been fixed.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I put it in as a feature request and bug because to me it is a bug especially where the program tells you to use Encoder but yet Encoder hasn't had the feature for years.

The fact that there is the community post option for feature requests and bugs but yet also this "UserVoice" is not just difficult to navigate but also a problem that someone needs to look at. OH and Adobe Animate nor the Encoder are included on the UserVoice site.
