Animate/Flash Troubles

Good morning, night, or afternoon Adobe Animate community.
After spending days of trying to self-diagnose the problem, wasting hours on call with Adobe Support running me in circles, and just plain not understanding what could be wrong, I've come to ask some fellow Animate-ers (ha-ha) for some help.
I haven't been using Animate/Flash for a long time, started dabling with it around 3 months ago. At first, everything seemed to be fine, but over time the cracks have started to become more and more visible. It seems anything that has to do with ActionScript Animate will completely nope out on. Actions panel? Crash. Trying to add a code snippet? Crash. The problems extend even beyond that for Animate. Import a video? Crash. Import audio? Crash. Do a seemingly random thing that god forbid isn't drawing on the canvas? Crash. If I don't update from Animate 2019 first, and I install via CC or a direct installer, Animate ceases to function. I can open the program, try to open or make a project, and halfway through loading into the workspace it will crash. No error message. It'll just close, like every other crash here. Only once was I able to get a proper crash in event manager, and it points to CEPHtmlEngine.exe, something thats present in other creative cloud apps and the works. I've also gotten a number of "APPCRASH" errors, also pointing to CEPHtmlEngine with a "problem signature" All of these things I've included in the attached video and screenshots.
Because of all the problems, I decided to take a shot in the dark and install Flash Pro 2015, since I thought if the problems weren't there, that means it could've been a more present bug and I just had to wait for a fix, but, no! The ActionScript problems mentioned were still present! Ironically though, 2015 is actually less broken then 2021, since it doesn't have any of the other quirks I mentioned.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I can count, and I've been on with Adobe support twice and they haven't offered much of use. If any other info is needed I'll provide it if I can, and I'm hopeful someone on this planet knows anything about this and how to fix it. Thanks.
