animate gifs not moving when exported

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to export a gif from Adobe animate which I have done several times before and it has never given me an issue, strangely enough all of a sudden when it is exported it just gives me a plain image that doesnt move. All of my animation is on the main timeline and are set to "graphic" for symbol. I have no idea what is going on and I've even opened files I have successfully exported as gifs in the past and they are not working now. Any idea what could be happening? I've even restarted my computer and it is still doing this.

If it wasn't for needing it to be a transparent BG I would just export as a video but I have no idea why this happened so randomly :,) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
