Animate hangs under MacOS 10.12.2
Recently updated Animate to the current version (16.0.1.119), also updated MacOS to 10.12.2
Not only does it take minutes for the app to finally launch (display the interface) but it freezes at that point (SBOD).
Not only that, it drags down system performance in general. Although Activity Monitor doesn't show any excessive CPU usage by any processes, apps are generally sluggish, in particular accessing websites (through Safari), very slow to load, which suggests some sort of conflict in the networking layer of the OS.
Solution: Restore the previous version of MacOS (10.12.1).
