Animate (&Illustrator) brush tool problems / permissions

Everytime I use the brush in Animate or Illustrator (2025) It askes me if it can get permission to screenrecord and record audio so i always click "refuse" it will still happen so I have to go to settings to turn it off everytime. This has been going on for months but thought everytime I tried something in the settings to turn it of It would be gone but it always came back. I really need awnsers because it really exhausting.. I'm also someone whoes new to all of this and never had a macbook/ appleproduct before. Please tell me i'm not the only one with this problem and that its normal.
