Animate is heavier and slower after the Windows 11 update.

After the latest Windows 11 update, Animate is slow and cumbersome; any file I try to open takes a very long time. I know Adobe has "abandoned" the software, but is anyone else experiencing this problem?

uninstall animate, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer.

use the desktop app to reinstall animate>

When I updated Windows, it didn't update the processor driver. I updated it and that solved the problem.
