Animate just completely messed up for me

So literally yesterday, I was working in Animate and it was doing just fine. But when I open it today, the toolbar, properties panel and the timeline are all gone! I soon figured out how to open the timeline and toolbar again, but the Properties panel? That's a new story.

So I open up that panel, but when I do that, the timeline disappears! Then when I open up the timeline, the properties panel disappears! Turns out they're a part of the same tab. I can't have both open at the same time now, even though I literally could YESTERDAY. It just seems to have updated without my consent and done this, making the software almost unusable.
