Animate keeps shutting down plus doesn't import my files..

So, I had a full day long call with Adobe support... the guy deleted and complety reinstalled Adobe Could again because Animate kept shutting down... well.... it's shutting down again...

There are some illustrator files that Animate doesn't import completely...  I tried to copy and paste an specific set of lines from Illustrator to Animate (which were not being transfer in the complete file from Illustrator to Animate), and next you know the complete Animate app is shutting down again.

I don't know what else to do... Animate keeps shutting down, or transfer half files, or shuts down again when I try to copy and paste an specific item...

Today another Adobe phone support guy said the items are not compatible and basically it was my fault the program kept shutting down.

Are there any other ways to get this fix?
