Animate only plays audio when I start the playback feature at the very beginning.

This title may seem strange but let me emphasize; whenever I import an audio file (I always use mp3) it works, there is no visual telling me there was an issue, and when I try to play/hear the file at the start, it works, but when I go to, 4 seconds, into the file (just for example, it could be anything besides the beginning.) and try to play from there, there is no sound.

Is there something I'm misssing? Please let me know.
