Animate or Illustrator/After effects

Hi Everyone,

What is better for 2D Vector animations (Kurzgesagt/Infographics show style), Illustrator and After effects or Adobe Animate? (I just need to know before I invest)

if you're planning to create video, use premiere. if you're going to edit video, use after effects. if you're planning to create web based animation, use animate. if you're planning to create static vectors, use illustrator.
