animate pencil tool stroke issue

ok so i after awhile using it it works but Im working on something it decides to start doing this as in the image

yes i have smooth enabled on pencil mode i have smoothing to 100 i even disabled pressure why does it do this weird folding thing

Check the Preview mode setting
Top menu
- View > Preview Mode > Anti-Alias
