Animate project won't export to Media Encoder

All I am doing is trying to export a video to Media Encoder from Animate, so File>Export>Video/Media, and Media Encoder opens up, but there is no project in the queue. What is wrong?

    I've had this happen sometimes. What usually works for me is to open Me first, before attempting to export from An.
