animate "removed" from enterprise plan

I’m a high school student in New York City attending a public school, and I have the Enterprise plan, which includes all Creative Cloud software. I’ve been using Adobe Animate for the past few months under this plan without any issues. However, today when I tried to open Adobe Animate, I received a popup saying that my license had expired. I double-checked my plan, and it still shows that Animate is included, so I’m confused. When I try to request access again, I get an error telling me to contact my IT administrator. From what I know, Adobe has a partnership with NYC public schools that includes access to all their services, including Animate. Does anyone know why this is happening, if this is a widespread issue, and whether I’ll be able to use Animate under this plan again soon? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
