Animate Start-Fenster defekt / leer

Wir haben gestern und heute viele Anfragen von Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Standorten, dass Animate Start leer / schwarz ist, auch Datei -> neu ist leer.

Alles Macs, High Sierra, Animate 19.2.1 aktuelle Version.

Betroffen sind alle Rechner, auch hier 6 Macs mit dem gleichen Problem. Imacs / MacPro/ MacBookPro u.s.w.

Downgrade auf 19.1 hat nichts gebracht.

More and more of our customers complain about this issue. We now have more than 40 installations with this problem.

Any mac seems to have this issue, iMac, MacPro, MacBookPro on different MacOS and different locations. Even a clean install of a machine didn´t solve the problem.

We notice that the sart-window seems to flicker, turns to grey for a second and then changes to black. The „new file“ menue ist black too, both without any content.

Why no one in this forum ever looks into other similar topics?

Updated to Animate 2019 and cannot create a new general file only can create new from template

Sorry I'm new here and did not know exactly what to look for. But thanks for the link, so I could solve my problem.

Hi - are you by any chance behind a proxy setup that doesn't allow running a local server? If yes, can you please allow 'Exclude simple hostnames' option under System Preferences > Network > Ethernet or Wi-Fi > Advanced > Proxies tab and see if that helps in your case?

Please refer 'Configure your proxy to work with Libraries' section at What to do when the Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load

Thanks!

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Alle Troubleshooting tips funktionieren leider nicht. Das Startfenster bleibt leer. Man kann auch keine neue Dateien erstellen.

did you reset preferences?

Yes, I have reset all presets. I have also tried all the solutions described on the following page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/kb/animate-cc-crashes-on-launch-startup.html#IssueAnimatecrashesonlaunchorstartup

The window remains black. I can not create new documents but open templates.

Yesterday I made an update to macOS Mojave version 10.14.5. Could it have something to do with it?
