Animate timeline vertical scrolling not working

I'm trying to scroll down to previous layers but the scroll bar moves without moving the window.
can anyone tell me what is wrong?

sounds like a weird bug. Try restarting your computer, and if that doesn't work uninstall, Animate reinstall Animate
