Animate video comes out wide

Hi.. i finish an animation at 1000 x 1000 and then publish to mp4.

i have tried to encode it at H264 but it comes out wide (black sides) and small when it saves.

I have also saved it as a giff but it isnt smooth when it plays.

open the mp4 in premiere pro

in the settings tab you can select 1080x1080

i don't know if you can customize it to 1000x1000, but check in the settings tab.
