Animate w/ Vcam doesn't output the frame correctly

Hey everyone, I'm semi-new to Adobe Animate and have gotten up to the camera phase of my animations. I did my best to look for this issue in previous posts, but couldn't find any, so I hope I'm not repeating an old issue. Anyways, I was told to try out Jazza's Vcam downloads and I love it so far. However, when I attempt to export as a SWF file, the entire frame is still in view, just grayed-out outside of the frame. Here's an example:

It's not filling up the screen at all, even though the Vcam is definitely positioned in Animate to be focused more appropriately. This tells me that it definitely works, there's just some sort of focusing issue going on.
