Animate won't open

Question

Every time i go to open adobe animate, the opening screen shows, Then the whole app closes itself and doesnt even show up in task manager. Really annoyed that I bought this product and cant use it.

In addition to what Ankush asked for, can you try a couple of things and let us know if they helped?

- Try recreating preferences: Re-create preferences

- If that did not help, try checking if all the graphic drivers are up to date by visiting the manufacturer's site

- As a final solution, try doing a clean install after uninstalling Animate using the CC cleaner Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Hey bearmar,I can definitely see how frustrating this bug would be, and really sorry for Animate CC trouble you are dealing with.There can be several reasons for Animate not launching successfully. Lets first isolate the issue, for we would need your system information like OS and Animate version.Thanks,Ankush
