Animate won't open

Since yesterday I tried to open Animate, which suddenly doesn't work. The app opens showing the initial Animate window but then closes immediatly. I can't even open it from Creatice Cloud - Apps. The same problem occurs there, too. I tried to reinstallate but still the same error occurs. On my joblist, though, under background processes, it shows that Animat is in progress but nothing happens. Anymone to helP? Thanks!
