Animate won't publish to selected folder

For some reason, Animate has recently been ignoring the file folder I select when I try to publish to HTML. This only happens with the output file path, nothing else. I click on the folder icon to select the destination in the Finder window that pops up, but after making that selection, the file path remains unchanged. I have to type in the file path manually now, which is fairly annoying. Has anyone run into this and found a solve?

Do you happen to have other creative cloud applications open? If so,  close them and then try to publish to your network drive from inside animate.

I just tested it here using an HTML5 doc that I created, went to Publish Settings, clicked the "..." button and navigated to my desktop where i created a new folder and selected it. I published my document and the files showed up in the new folder. So for me it works. Can you verify if the drive you are trying to save to is unlocked or locked?

I don’t believe so. I have no issues working off the drive with other projects. It is a network drive, but I’ve used Animate for over a year now, and that’s never given me an issue.

I use Animate frequently to make HTML5 banners...right now actually...and I've noticed today that suddenly the process that has worked for years just fine is not working. I feel like something in a recent update was probably messed up..it's always been a bit glitchy.
