Animating appearing lines/strokes / hand drawn style in Animate

Hey guys!

I have just started using Animate CC and I wanted to do a simple animation that looks like a sketch being drawn onto paper. I want to use one of the artsy brushes like in or chalk and making the lines appear as if it captured me drawing them. Then I want to make them swiggle a little bit ( I found some videos for that) but I didn't find a fitting tutorial to animate them like said to begin with, maybe I don't know the right key words to search properly, can you help me?
