ANIMATING AROUND A HUMAN CHARACTER

I posted before but maybe i asked the question in a bad way so hope this is more concise, im trying to animate the background of a live footage recording where the foreground character stays human and the background changes. Can someone advise me on how they would animate this, (e.g. try and key out the background, manually rotoscope the animation around the character frame by frame)

    You can't do the compositing in Animate.

    The actor needs to be filmed using blue/green screen.

    Then the video can be imported into Animate and used as a guide for the animation.

    When complete, the animation without the video - in logical groups to allow proper layering - will be exported either as PNG sequences or MOVs with alpha and final compositing will be done in a video editor such as Premiere or a compositing program such as After Effects.
