Animation and or Audio goes out of sync when exported

Hi! I recently got adobe animate, and I'm experiancing a problem. When exporting my animation, the audio or animation (not sure exactly which), goes out of sync. When played in adobe, it's completly fine. I export it as a MP3, if that helps in some way.
