Animation from C4D in An

I need to get an animation from C4D or some 3D package to a webpage. I want to use the power of An to build a responsive site around this animation. In the past when An was Flash, I used to use animations rendered as PNG's and put them in Flash Frames. It has been a while since that time. I would like to know if anyone could suggest some modern ways this is done. Thanks
