animation is slow

Hello everyone! I created a fullscreen in Adobe Animate. On phones the animation is very slow(((
If I delete this line: "AdobeAn.makeResponsive(false,'both',false,1, [canvas,anim_container,dom_overlay_container]);" the animation works fine. But on retinas the quality is very bad. Is there a solution to this problem?
