Animation Not Exporting Through Video/Media (Blank Error Box)

Hello!!

 

For a while I've been trying to export through Video/Media, and it doesn't show up in the Media Encoder. It will instead show a blank error box. I've played around with my settings for a bit, I understand there are probably work arounds, but is there a fix to this I don't know of?

restart animate and retry.

I've tried restarting both my PC, and the programs. It's still not working. If I were to delete Adobe Animate and redownload it, would I be able to open previous projects/files?

yes, but if you're going to uninstall, use the cc desktop app and uninstall the animate preferences, as well as, the app itself.
