Animation on video(mp4)

I need help with An, please. I want to make an animation on video, I try it and it doesn't work.

Maybe somebody has ideas what to do or can link me to an lesson video with such of topic.

you're trying to export an mp4 (or another video format) from animate?

I imported mp4 to An layer and I want to animate OVER this video (in another layer).

It is posible at all?

you can import an mp4, but it won't be published or exported. your drawing will be exported and published.
