Animation will not continue after clicking the button in Testing

Hi. I am doing a project in HTML5 canvas with movie clips and buttons. My professor has listed out tutorials and guidelines for the project. In preview, when I click the arrow, the rest of the animation will not play. However, the motion in the beginning works. Does anyone know how to fix that?
