Animation will not publish/export

I have just downloaded Animate today and have tested around in it and made a 2-second animation. I want to export it as a MP4 file so I used the quick share button and published it as a video, but it gets stuck at 60% (Generating video in Adobe Media Converter). It works perfectly fine when making a GIF. It has one layer. I have messed around with it and followed stuff on the web but nothing has helped. I use Windows 10.
