Animations are 'jittery'

Hi there,

I am doing some simple animations using the timeline.

Each animation is about 10 frames long, and just fades in and up.

The problem I am having however, is that the animation feels 'jittery'.. I'm not sure why my animations aren't smooth!

I am animating text and using cubic ease in out.

Anyone have any ideas? I can upload a sample project.
