Any way to get a "slow brush"/correction?

Hello,

Whenever I draw pictures in FireAlpaca, I use I use a thing called correction that causes the brush to move slower than the cursor, allowing for more accurate and clean drawings.  Is there any way to do that in Adobe Animate?
