April 2020 update 20.0.3 - Is it even out?

Does anyone know it the "April" update is out or not, as it is said to have a supposed fix to the problem with tablets where the brush would lag behind the pen, and to make up for the lag, it'd just draw a straight line to where your pen now is from the beginning. I'd really like to know as the fact that it is called an "April" update is really confusing, especially considering the "December" update has now only just come out at the end of April.

Is it that hard Adobe to fix a problem that dates back to 2013?
