AS 3.0 a slider and a video

I have a 400 frame video that I'd like to be controlled by a slider. Basically I want the slider to scrub through the video. This seems like it should be extraordinarily easy but I've been away from AS 3.0 for so long I'm flummoxed as to where to start.

Any thoughts?
