[removed by moderator] is a growing startup based at 1871 in Chicago, the #3 incubator in the world.  We're looking for a talented front-end developer that is sympathetic to the user experience and highly competent in Adobe AS3.  5 years experience is a must. Hi Bob -

Where are you located?  My back-end engineer is in Buenos Aires, myself and three other people are in Chicago - so I don't really care where anyone is as long as we follow a tight communications structure - daily scrum, dev plan, etc.   We're a startup so we're more scrappy than structured.  But we'll need to become more disciplined as we grow - which we are.  One area of discipline is in our codebase - you'll be doing a bit of the lords work for a few days finding your way around, but Diego (back-end) would help orient you. 

Couple questions for you -

1. Do you have some work examples that you can point me to and let me know what parts of it were responsible for?

2. What are you passionate about building?

3. What are you looking for in your next role - full/part time / project / compensation.
