Asking for permission to help myself using flash 8.

Hello there. i have a bit of a weird question but please be kind to answer.

In a distant past i downloaded Macromedia flash 8 for free. but i realized recently that it is illegal.in the period before i knew it was , i have developed skills regarding animated infographics.And since i’m a student in a third world country with limited income, gaining money from what i make seems to be a good idea, but the software , as old as it is , is still from an illegal source.

the question is : i have a thing for doing things ethically , can i actually use the program to earn money? In a sense that i’m asking for permission , it sounds strange but i again i want to do things ethically. i certainly hope the answer is yes so that i can help myself but if it’s a no , then the rules are the rules.

Ps: The reason why i did not buy software akin to Cs6 or CC is because there is no option for online payment over here, i am not living in a developped country , flash 8 is my only option.
