Audio error with Animate Project without Audio

Suddenly, without anything changing, I'm getting unexpected audio related errors/warnings in a project without audio. 

I recieve this warning message: The AudioContext was not allowed to start. It must be resumed (or created) after a user gesture on the page. https://goo.gl/7K7WLu.

And this error: Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Unable to decode audio data

Any idea what's going on or how I can fix it?
