Question

audio lagging after media encoding

hey so i'm trying to finish up a video i've been working on for over a year. I'm almost done, but 9 minutes in the audio starts lagging behind the mouth's movement for the characters for about 20 seconds, then it goes back to normal. I've tried going back and lining up the sound layer exactly with the mouths, but ever single freakin' time i export and convert it to an MOV it starts lagging at the exact same point no matter what I do. Can someone please help me? I'm starting to pull my hair out.

Your file is too long. There is a ~16 000 frame limit.

Split it to see if this will improve the situation.

Also do not use MP3 as audio in the export settings. Use RAW or ADPCM instead.

THANKS! Got it fixed. I had already split the audio between 3 scenes, but was using MP3 for audio, I tried adpcm and it still messed up but when i tried RAW it worked like a charm.

In case your interested, here's a link to the vid. I've gotten alot of positive feedback from it 🙂

Well done, mate!

Glad to hear you managed to get it all exported in sync.
