Audio playback progress bar?

Hi all, I'm new to flash and I'm looking into making a custom mp3 player that has a progress bar on the playback. I also want to be able to drag the bar to change the position of the audio playback. Can anybody tell me how to do this (please)? I'm using flash 8 pro.
