Audio sync issues - sync is sliding x frames every minute

Hello-I've seen some posts about this but no real solution.  We have a production where we are making 5 minute episodes in animate. We are creating the radio plays for the animatics in Adobe Premiere. We are using the standard 24.000 FPS (not 23.976).  When we import these files to Animate, either as MP4, WAV, or whatever, the audio falls out of sync over time.  Becoming very noticable at 1 minute, and unbearable by minute 4. As a very experienced editor/animator, our animation house and I have been unable to figure out where this glitch is happening.  It must be a frame rate issue. Are there sequence settings in Adobe Animate that can be found?   The exported audio is 48,000, WAV. Any help would be appreciated.

First, there's the ever-present audio sync issue. I checked a lot of information. This involves historical issues, including frame rate, that is, why synchronization can be achieved at 23.976. .

If you are unwilling to change the frame number to 23.976 for output, you can use this method. I have done some experiments and concluded that this is the only method that can maintain audio synchronization.

Use flash cs6 to output wav audio and drag it into PR. At this time, the audio will have one more section than the video (sequence frame). You only need to modify the length of the audio to keep it consistent with the picture to achieve perfect synchronization!
